[提要] 基于找形單元劃分的薄膜結構實用裁剪方法，可以根據曲面上不同區(qū)域的曲率變化來選擇裁剪線的布置，通過估算裁剪誤差，達到一次將盡可能多的空間曲面展開的目的。通過在兩個工程實例中的運用證明，所提出的方法有較好的經濟性和實用性。[關鍵詞]膜結構 裁剪分析 曲面展開 誤差控制Abstract: Based on the element division in shape finding period, a practical cutting analysis method is put forward. Using this method, the distribution of cutting line can be decided according to the curvature variation on membrane surface. Also in this method, the spatial curved surface could be developed as much as possible in one time through error contrite economy and practicality of this method is also proved by some real projects.Keywords: membrane structure; cutting pattern analysis; curved surface development; error control
