制作缺陷對(duì)焊接接頭疲勞性能的影響

[提要]根據(jù)現(xiàn)行鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范對(duì)不同質(zhì)量等級(jí)焊縫缺陷值的規(guī)定,以斷裂力學(xué)為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)模擬接頭在循環(huán)荷載作用下裂紋的擴(kuò)展過(guò)程,分析不同質(zhì)量等級(jí)焊縫缺陷對(duì)焊接接頭的強(qiáng)度和運(yùn)行壽命的影響,提出循環(huán)荷載作用下對(duì)接接頭焊接缺陷的控制建議值。[關(guān)鍵詞] 焊接接頭 缺陷 疲勞性能 斷裂力學(xué)According to the value stipulation of defect with different quality ranks of welds in present construction quality check formulae, the crack developing process of a joint under circulating loads is simulated with fracture mechanics analysis method, and the manufacturing defect influence with different quality ranks on the strength and safe life of the joint is analyzed.
