[提要] 中關(guān)村金融中心超高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑的平面、立面布置復(fù)雜。在設(shè)計中采用鋼框架支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系,合理設(shè)置鋼混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)過渡層。在高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中首次采用按冶金建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)的Q345GJ鋼材。在避難層采用桁架將豎向支撐連為一體,有效地增大了結(jié)構(gòu)的側(cè)向剛度,減小側(cè)向位移。采用4層高的折線形柱實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑立面的變化,相應(yīng)設(shè)置樓層水平桁架以改善折線柱水平分力的傳遞。采用大位移滑動支座,解決連廊與主樓的變形差異問題。將樁基礎(chǔ)改為天然地基基礎(chǔ),方便施工,有效地縮短了工期、降低了造價。

Key Techniques for Design of the Highrise Steel Structure of Zhongguancun Financial Center Tower/Hu Chunyang,F(xiàn)an Zhong,Chen Fusheng,Shen Lin,Yu Yinquan(China Architecture Design and Research Group,Beijing 100044,China)
Abstract:The plan and facade layout of the highrise steel structure of Zhongguancun financial center tower is very complicated.The steel framebracing structural system is adopted and the steelconcrete composite transition floors are used reasonably.Q345GJ steel with excellent properties is used for the first time in the highrise building.In refuge floors,adjacent bracingframes are connected together for increasing the lateral stiffness of the structure and reducing interstory rotation displacement.The every four levelkinky line outer columns are adopted for the satisfying the demand for architectural faade profile,manufacture and construction easily.Floor horizontal trusses arranged at outer column bending level for increasing the diaphragm stiffness of the floor slab.Largedisplacement sliding bearings are used to solve the differential displacement between the bridgeway and the tower.Changed pile foundation scheme into raft foundation scheme saved the cost and minimized construction period significantly.
