影響鋼-混凝土組合梁撓度計(jì)算的幾個(gè)因素

[提要] 組合梁在正常使用階段的撓度設(shè)計(jì)一般采用線彈性計(jì)算方法和撓跨比允許值進(jìn)行驗(yàn)算,容易忽視組合梁鋼梁屈服的影響。分析了影響組合梁撓度計(jì)算的鋼梁底部應(yīng)變、鋼梁翼緣與混凝土之間的滑移、殘余應(yīng)力、鋼梁的局部屈服等因素,討論了撓跨比允許值、跨高比、滑移以及殘余應(yīng)力和施工荷載對撓度計(jì)算的影響,在進(jìn)行組合梁的撓度驗(yàn)算中,必須考慮鋼梁潛在屈服的因素。[關(guān)鍵詞] 鋼-混凝土組合梁; 撓度驗(yàn)算; 屈服; 滑移Abstract: The deflection assessment 0±steel—concrete composite beams at the serviceability Iimit state is normally based on the linear elastic analysis,and the yielding occurring in the steel that will influence the accuracy of the linear deflection output of the beams,however would be neglected in design practice.Several key factors that affect the deflection calculation of composite beams are discussed,supplemented by analysis of the effects of the deflection to span ratio,span to depth ratio,longitudinal slips between the steel and concrete,residual stress in the steel and self-weight stress during construction.It is suggested that the strain leading to a potential yield in composite beams should be considered in the deflection check of composite beam design.Keywords:steel-concrete; composite beam; deflection design; yielding; slip
