【提要】 結(jié)合國家體育場大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),提出了大尺寸焊接薄壁箱形截面桁架單K節(jié)點(diǎn)的
幾何構(gòu)型方法,可用于折線形弦桿、弦桿側(cè)壁與腹桿側(cè)壁不垂直等多種情況,適用范圍較大。
通過調(diào)整節(jié)點(diǎn)板件之間的角度,使其傳力合理。綜合采用調(diào)整板厚、設(shè)置加勁肋等方式,提高
節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載力,實(shí)現(xiàn)“節(jié)點(diǎn)與構(gòu)件等強(qiáng)”的設(shè)計(jì)理念。此外,通過縮尺模型對所提出的單K節(jié)
點(diǎn)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證性試驗(yàn),試件的應(yīng)力分布與有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果非常接近,節(jié)點(diǎn)具有較大的安全儲(chǔ)備。

Abstract:During the design procedure of the largespan roof structure of the
National Stadium,a kind of K connections configuration method for largescale
welded thin wall boxsections is presented,which can be used when the chords
are segmental straight,and the walls of chords are not perpendicular to diagonals,
etc.The angles between plates of the connections are adjusted to make the force
transfer more reasonable.The bearing capacity of the connections is improved by
adjusting plate thickness and arranging stiffeners,which can realize the design
conception that the strength of the connections can be equal to that of the members.
In addition,the scaledspecimen are made to prove the reliability of the connections.
The results show that the stress distribution of the specimen is consistent with that
of the finite element analysis,and the estimation of the connection bearing capacity is
safe.
