碳纖維布加固鋁合金方管梁受彎試驗研究(二)

摘 要

[摘要]扼要敘述碳纖維布加固鋁合金方管簡支梁受壓區(qū)應(yīng)變變化規(guī)律,可知用碳纖維布對鋁合金方管梁進行加固,可以提高其極限承載力,抑制梁跨中撓度的發(fā)展。同時在本次試驗中驗證了“拐點”即荷載-跨中撓度曲線由直變曲之際,“零點”即鋁合金梁側(cè)即將發(fā)生屈曲現(xiàn)象的前兆的觀點。

Abstract:The changing law of compression zone strain on the CFRP  aluminum alloy square tube simply supported beam were briefly described. The results of this experiment show that the reinforcement of carbon fiber sheet of aluminum alloy square tube beam, the ultimate bearing capacity can be improved, and the mid-span deflection of beam can be inhibited from expanding. The experiment verifies that the  “inflection point” is load and mid-span deflection curve from linear to curve point and “zero point” is aluminum alloy beam side which will soon occur the precursor of buckling phenomenon.
