[摘要] 深圳灣體育中心屬于超大跨度空間鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋由單層網(wǎng)殼、雙層網(wǎng)架(綜合館和游泳館)及豎向支撐系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成。由于屋面單層斜交網(wǎng)殼中的構(gòu)件均為彎扭構(gòu)件,故呈現(xiàn)不規(guī)則的彎曲、扭轉(zhuǎn)?;诮Y(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜性,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了施工全過程模擬分析,重點(diǎn)介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)施工中的節(jié)點(diǎn)做法和模擬中的連接處理,并將整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理分區(qū),利用有限單元法模擬整個(gè)屋蓋體系的建造過程,總結(jié)了施工中的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)問題,為此類大跨度空間鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的合理設(shè)計(jì)和施工提供了參考。

Simulation analysis on erection procedure of-Shenzhen Bay Sports Center

Abstract:The steel roof structure of Shenzhen Bay Sports Center is a super large-span spatial structure. It is composed of single-layer shell, two space grid structures and vertical support system. Because the roof of shell are bending-torsion beams, the specific property of bending and torsion was shown. Based on the complexity of the structure,the simulation analysis on erection procedure was proposed. The practice of joints and connections of constructional simulation were introduced in detail. Through reasonable partition,the simulations on construction process were presented by finite element method. Emphasis and difficulty in construction were given. The results provide a reasonable basis for the design and construction of large-span spatial structures.
