北京將臺花園網(wǎng)殼焊接節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能有限元分析

摘 要

[摘要]對北京將臺花園網(wǎng)殼屋面中采用的焊接鋼結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了加載試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,節(jié)點(diǎn)在設(shè)計(jì)荷載工況下是安全的,具備繼續(xù)承載的能力。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)節(jié)點(diǎn)的幾何與材料特性建立有限元模型,施加與試驗(yàn)相當(dāng)?shù)暮奢d與約束條件,對試驗(yàn)過程進(jìn)行全過程數(shù)值模擬?;谠囼?yàn)數(shù)據(jù),有限元模型的可靠性得以驗(yàn)證,并得到了節(jié)點(diǎn)的屈服荷載與極限承載力,可以對節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力性能與安全性進(jìn)行綜合評估。

Finite element analysis on mechanical performance of welded joints in steel lattice shell of Beijing Jiangtai Winter Garden

Abstract:Experimental investigation of irregular welded steel joints applied in steel lattice shell of Jiangtai Winter Garden shows that the joints specimens were secure under design load condition and had considerable margin of bearing capacity. Based upon the geometrical and material characteristics of tested specimens, finite element models were set up with the program ANSYS, by means of which numerical simulation of test process was performed taking account of equivalent loading and constraints to the tests. Reliability of numerical models could be verified by the test data, and yield strength and ultimate strength of the joints were obtained so as to evaluate their mechanical performance and security.
