[摘要]天津西站屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)采用單層聯(lián)方網(wǎng)格形式的網(wǎng)殼,兩端支承于高架層斜柱。網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)主要構(gòu)件與屋蓋拱腳均采用變截面薄壁箱梁。為滿足建筑造型,主結(jié)構(gòu)連接節(jié)點(diǎn)均采用相貫連接節(jié)點(diǎn)。屋蓋主拱構(gòu)件截面較大,截面不規(guī)則,相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)需考慮施工要求進(jìn)行針對性設(shè)計(jì)。分析了主拱節(jié)點(diǎn)的構(gòu)造形式,考慮到薄壁構(gòu)件局部穩(wěn)定性的要求,設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)還在節(jié)點(diǎn)內(nèi)部布置縱橫向加勁肋。進(jìn)行了節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力分析,考察節(jié)點(diǎn)的應(yīng)力分布與極限受力性能。

Research on bearing capacity of roof structure joints at Tianjin West Railway Station

Abstract:A single-layer latticed shell supported by inclined columns is adopted in the roof structure of Tianjin West Railway Station. The box girder with variable cross-section is used in the main structure members and the inclined columns. For the architecture requirements, the intersecting joints are used at the connections of the main structure members. Due to the irregular and comparatively large cross section of the roof members, the intersecting joints need to be designed on the basis of the construction. Details of the joints were analyzed. As the thin wall box section, the longitudinal and transversal stiffeners were set in the arch section to keep the local stability of members. The bearing capacity of the roof structure joints were calculated, and the stress distribution was displayed as well.
