柳州李寧體育館異形外罩鋼結(jié)構(gòu)分析與設計

摘 要

[摘要]柳州李寧體育館包括主館和訓練館兩個單體,外形酷似大小不同的兩塊石頭。如何構(gòu)造出符合建筑設計要求的外形是本項目結(jié)構(gòu)設計首先要解決的難題。經(jīng)結(jié)構(gòu)選型分析,主館中心屋蓋采用雙向桁架結(jié)構(gòu),外圈屋蓋和墻體采用半跨剛架結(jié)構(gòu);訓練館采用異形門式剛架結(jié)構(gòu)。因主館和訓練館屋蓋均有起拱,故兩館屋蓋周邊均設有較強的環(huán)箍。為了保證主館雙向桁架交匯節(jié)點的剛性,采用了一種矩形截面構(gòu)件扭轉(zhuǎn)交匯焊接相貫節(jié)點,介紹了該類型節(jié)點的構(gòu)造并進行了有限元分析。

Study and design on steel structure of Liuzhou Li Ning Gymnasium

Abstract:Liuzhou Li Ning Gymnasium includes the main gymnasium and training gymnasium. Its shape looks like two different sizes of stones. The first important problem is how to construct a shape that could fit architecture requirement in the structural design of the project. By the analysis of structural selection, two-way truss structure system and half-span rigid frame are respectively adopted in the upper roof of main gymnasium within concrete column grid and the roof and wall outside concrete column grid, meanwhile, portal-rigid frame is adopted in training gymnasium. Because of the obvious arch of the main gymnasium and training gymnasium, strong hoops are set in rotation with two roofs. In order to ensure the rigidity of joint that two-way trusses meet, a kind of reverse-intersect of rectangular-section steel members welding intersection joint is adopted in this project. Structure and finite element analysis of this type of joint are focused on.
