[摘要]世茂深坑酒店主體建筑位于地質(zhì)深坑內(nèi),依崖壁建造,為獨特的兩點支承結(jié)構(gòu)體系。地上建筑2層,地下至水面建筑共14層。酒店主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼框架-支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系,框架柱采用鋼管混凝土柱。本文介紹了該工程的巖質(zhì)邊坡穩(wěn)定性問題、地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)布置和結(jié)構(gòu)分析計算,著重闡述了抗震性能目標確定、結(jié)構(gòu)體系優(yōu)化、關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件安全儲備等抗震超限設(shè)計的措施,并介紹了設(shè)計中的其他關(guān)鍵問題。

Overall structural design of Shimao Chasm Hotel

Abstract:Shimao Chasm Hotel is located in geologic chasm, and constructed along the cliff. Both sides of the structure are supported. There are 2 floors overground and 14 floors in the chasm. This building adopts the braced steel frame structural system with concrete-filled steel tube column. The stability of rock slope, the design of building foundation, the structural system characteristic and the main results of elasticity analysis were introduced systemically. Performance-based seismic design principle and method, optimization of structural system and safety margin of key components were emphasized. Other key questions were also introduced.
