[摘要]通過外觀形貌、腐蝕產(chǎn)物、碳化深度、氯離子含量、硫酸根離子含量等,全面分析了在濱海鹽漬土環(huán)境中自然暴露17年的鋼筋混凝土樁的腐蝕特征,論述了鋼筋混凝土材料在濱海鹽漬土環(huán)境下的腐蝕機理和耐久性的劣化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,不同部位的鋼筋混凝土樁的破壞程度、中性化深度、鋼筋銹蝕和侵蝕性離子含量分布有著顯著不同;混凝土樁發(fā)生由表及里的侵蝕,經(jīng)過17年的自然暴露,大氣區(qū)混凝土中性化深度大于10mm,吸附區(qū)鋼筋銹蝕嚴(yán)重,失重率超過2.0%,腐蝕深度超過24mm,已大于保護層厚度。

Durability analysis of RC piles exposed naturally in coastal saline soil environment for 17 years

Abstract: According to corrosion results of reinforced concrete piles exposed naturally in coastal saline soil environment for 17 years, corrosion characteristics of the reinforced concrete piles in coastal saline soil environment are analyzed. The deterioration and corrosion mechanism of reinforced concrete are discussed. The results indicate that damage degree, neutralization value, reinforcement corrosion and the distribution of corrosive ions in different parts of reinforced concrete piles are significantly different. Concrete piles were gradually corroded from external to internal. The neutralization depth of concrete in atmosphere zone is more than 10mm and the steel corrosion weight loss is larger than 2.0%. The corrosion depth which is more than 24mm has exceeded the concrete cover thickness.
