［摘要］深圳寶安體育場為目前國內(nèi)最大的輪輻式空間索桁架結(jié)構(gòu)，具有索的數(shù)目多、成形過程結(jié)構(gòu)剛度變化大、成形后索的張力大等特點，是目前最具難度的索工程之一。結(jié)合工程特點，對結(jié)構(gòu)成形總體方案的選取、成形過程的仿真模擬、成形過程中結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性、成形控制等關(guān)鍵問題做了詳細(xì)分析，為結(jié)構(gòu)張拉施工提供依據(jù)。在理論分析基礎(chǔ)上，施工時引入大型結(jié)構(gòu)自動化整體移位系統(tǒng)，對36根徑向索用72臺千斤頂同步張拉?，F(xiàn)場施工及測試結(jié)果表明：成形方案選取合理，理論分析與實測吻合，大型結(jié)構(gòu)自動化整體移位系統(tǒng)大大提高了張拉效率。

Key techniques of roof construction of spoke cable truss structure in Shenzhen Bao’an Stadium

Abstract: Shenzhen Bao’an Stadium is the largest span spoke cable truss structure in domestic at present. It has the characteristics of large number of cables, huge cable tension, and the stiffness of structure changing much in process of construction. The detailed analysis was performed on a number of key issues encountered in the course of construction, including the form-finding of structure, the comparison of construction schemes, the simulation analysis of construction, the shape forming control, which provide bases for structure construction. The synchronized automatic control pull system was utilized at the stage of construction based on theoretical analysis, and 72 jackings were used at the same time to stretch cables. Test results show that the previous analysis is important and correct,and the synchronized automatic control pull system can enhance the efficiency of stretching greatly.
