國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑結(jié)構(gòu)荷載規(guī)范》修訂概要

摘 要

[摘要]國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑結(jié)構(gòu)荷載規(guī)范》此次修訂是在全球氣候變化、反恐以及經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下進(jìn)行的。修訂要點(diǎn)主要包括增加溫度作用和偶然荷載內(nèi)容,規(guī)范涵蓋范圍由直接作用擴(kuò)充到間接作用。收集補(bǔ)充了我國最新的風(fēng)、雪和氣溫氣象數(shù)據(jù),更新各城市基本雪壓和風(fēng)壓值,填補(bǔ)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)全國基本氣溫?cái)?shù)據(jù)空白,以應(yīng)對災(zāi)害性天氣對工程結(jié)構(gòu)安全構(gòu)成的威脅。調(diào)整部分樓面及構(gòu)件的活荷載,增加可變荷載考慮設(shè)計(jì)使用年限調(diào)整系數(shù),完善并適當(dāng)提升建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠水準(zhǔn)。補(bǔ)充各類屋面的不均勻積雪分布情況,以提高大跨輕型屋面抗雪災(zāi)能力。規(guī)范修訂全方位綜合調(diào)整了風(fēng)荷載水準(zhǔn),修訂后的風(fēng)荷載計(jì)算公式與參數(shù)更加通用透明,另外還增加了高層建筑橫風(fēng)向及扭轉(zhuǎn)風(fēng)振響應(yīng)計(jì)算。

Overview on the revision of Load code for the design of building structures of China

Abstract: Chinese national standard Load code for the design of building structures has been revised under the background of the change of global climate, anti-terrorist and globalization of economy. An overview on the main themes and points of revision were given. Thermal actions and accidental loads are added so that the scope of the code has been expanded from direct action only to indirect action. Based on the statistics of newly collected climate data, basic snow loads and wind loads were renewed and basic air-temperature were given all over the country to reduce the risk of structural damage coursed by natural disasters. The level of reliability is raised or improved comparatively by adjusting live loads of some floors and adding the factor of variable actions to consider the change of design working life. To improve the performance of light roof structures in snow-resist, some unbalanced snow load cases are added. Wind loads are revised and adjusted comprehensively, expressions and parameters for determining wind load are more transparent and international, and wind load level will be more reasonable. Calculating methods for across-wind and torsion dynamic response induced by wind are added based on the wind tunnel test investigation.
