[摘要]半個(gè)世紀(jì)以來，我國混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)理論及規(guī)范從無到有，經(jīng)歷了從照搬、模仿到自主編制的過程。早期引用原蘇聯(lián)規(guī)范，后來改用安全系數(shù)法設(shè)計(jì)。20世紀(jì)70年代以來，中國建筑科學(xué)研究院結(jié)構(gòu)所圍繞規(guī)范修訂，組織進(jìn)行了六批系統(tǒng)的試驗(yàn)研究，奠定了我國現(xiàn)代混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)理論的基礎(chǔ)，并成為歷次規(guī)范修訂的依據(jù)。GBJ 10—89規(guī)范全面確定了我國混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范的基本模式；GB 50010—2002規(guī)范開始從“構(gòu)件計(jì)算”向“結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)”過渡；新修訂的GB 50010—2010規(guī)范有效地提高了構(gòu)件的抗力、增加了結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性及抗災(zāi)性能、補(bǔ)充了既有結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的原則，提升了我國混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的總體安全水平，通過采用高強(qiáng)鋼筋，使材料消耗與上一版規(guī)范規(guī)定相比基本持平或有所下降。簡要介紹了規(guī)范修訂的主要內(nèi)容，提出了今后混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)試驗(yàn)及科研的方向與建議。

Review of development of the basic theory and the codes of concrete structure in China

Abstract: During half century past, the basic theory and the codes of concrete structure in our country have come from nonexistence to pass into existence, copying or imitating to establishing by ourselves. Early codes were origin of the codes of Soviet Union, after that, the safety coefficient design method is brought into the codes. From 70s’ of last century, six series of test research were organized by China Academy of Building Research and the achievements founded the basis of the theories of modern concrete structure in China and have been the basis of the building code revising. The basic mode of our design code of concrete structure was defined by the building code of GB J10—89, the building code of GB 50010—2002 brought the code from structure member design to structure design, and the new building code of GB 50010—2010 promotes the capability of structure member, durability and the antidisaster ability of structure, adds the principal of exist structure design. The degree of safety of concrete structure is promoted, but the material amount is kept or declined by the using of high strength steel bars. The main revising content of new building code is introduced and the suggestions to hereafter concrete structure test research are proposed.
