[摘要]托換梁受力性能及其荷載傳遞方式是既有磚混結構改造設計中的一個重要問題,但現(xiàn)行規(guī)范對此內(nèi)容尚不明確。結合實際工程,利用有限元分析軟件對托換梁在承重墻體拆除過程中的受力性能進行分析,并對實際結構進行全過程監(jiān)測。結合有限元分析和監(jiān)測結果,討論了托換梁上部墻體的荷載傳遞方式。結果表明,托換梁的受力特性取決于上下結構相互變形的協(xié)調(diào),托換梁與上部墻體形成了墻梁,而托換梁可僅考慮其自重和本層樓蓋的恒、活荷載。

Study on mechanical performance and load transfer mechanism of a underpinning beam in brick-concrete structure

Abstract:The mechanical performance of the underpinning beam and its load transfer mechanism are significant but indefinite in current codes. Based on an actual project, the mechanical properties of underpinning beams were analyzed during the removal process of the bearing walls by FEM, and the real structural mechanical monitoring was also done by Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) sensor. Through comparing the results of FEM and structural monitoring, the load transfer mechanism of the underpinning beam was discussed. The results show that the mechanical properties of the underpinning beam are mainly depending on the compatible state of deformation, and the load of the underpinning beam comes mainly from the dead and live load just one layer upon it.
