對《墻體材料應用統(tǒng)一技術規(guī)范》關于蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊規(guī)定的意見和建議

摘 要

[摘要]從蒸壓加氣混凝土成型機理及基本特性出發(fā),對《墻體材料應用統(tǒng)一技術規(guī)范》(GB50574—2010)中有關蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊的吸水率、收縮性能與抗壓強度三者之間的關系、碳化系數(shù)、軟化系數(shù)、抗凍性指標、抗酸侵蝕性以及自承重墻中蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊最低強度等級要求等提出了一些看法。指出規(guī)范GB50574中存在碳化系數(shù)、軟化系數(shù)、抗凍性指標要求偏高,而最低強度等級要求偏低的問題,同時提出了相關的建議。

Several opinions and suggestions on the provisions about AAC blocks involved in Uniform technique code for wall materials used in buildings

Abstract:In the light of forming mechanism and basic characteristics of autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC) blocks, some point of views on Uniform technique code for wall materials used in buildings(GB50574—2010) were put forward, concerning the  relations between water absorption, shrinkage performance and compressive strength, as well as the indexes of carbonization coefficient, softening coefficient, frost-resistance, the acid erosion-resistance and the minimum strength grade of AAC blocks used on non-load-bearing walls. It is presented that the required indexes of carbonization coefficient, softening coefficient and frost\|resistance seem to be high value in code GB50574, while the requirements of minimum strength grade are too low. At the same time, several relational suggestions were proposed.
