粘貼CFRP板加固木梁試驗研究

摘 要

[摘要]共進行了7根粘貼CFRP板加固木梁的對比試驗研究,其中3根為對比試件,4根為粘貼CFRP板加固木梁試件。研究結果表明,粘貼CFRP板加固木梁的極限承載力有明顯提高,提高幅度為13.9%~63.4%,平均提高45.3%;極限位移亦有所提高,平均提高22.2%;初始彎曲剛度略有提高,提高幅度為3.6%~22.7%,平均提高15.8%。加固木梁跨中截面仍基本符合平截面假定。粘貼CFRP板是一種有效加固木梁的方法。

Experimental research on timber beams strengthened with CFRP plates

Abstract:Seven timber beams were studied through comparative experiment, including three reference unstrengthened beams and four beams strengthened with CFRP plates externally bonded to the tension face. The test results show that the ultimate flexural strength of strengthened timber beams are increased by 13.9%~63.4% (with an average value of 45.3%) due to the strengthening. The ultimate displacement of strengthened beams also have an average  increase of 22.2%. The initial stiffness of the strengthened beams is also significantly increased by  3.6%~22.7%(with an average value of 15.8%). The strain distribution along the height of the strengthened beams at middle-span is nearly linear during the whole loading process. It is an effective technique to strength timber beams with CFRP plates.
