[摘要]綜合考慮北京奧運(yùn)物流倉庫工程的水文地質(zhì)條件、建筑結(jié)構(gòu)類型及基礎(chǔ)形式、周圍環(huán)境條件、材料供應(yīng)情況、施工條件等因素,平衡各方對工程質(zhì)量、工期和成本的要求,初選兩種地基處理方案;運(yùn)用地基基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì),通過工程造價(jià)、加固機(jī)理、使用材料等技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)比較,選擇最佳方案。選擇成樁工藝,確定施工工藝流程和質(zhì)量控制要點(diǎn);依據(jù)現(xiàn)行相關(guān)規(guī)范,結(jié)合實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),選用低應(yīng)變反射波、單樁豎向抗壓靜載試驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場觀測等方法進(jìn)行樁身完整性、單樁承載力及沉降效果檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明已選的方案滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。

Ground treatment design and practice of Beijing Olympic Distribution Center

Abstract:Considering the condition of hydrogeology, structure, base, environment, material and the limit of construction time, cost and quality of Beijing Olympic Distribution Center project, two schemes of ground treatment were selected. The best scheme was chosen by means of comparing the cost, reinforce theory, material, and so on. The technological process and key points of quality control for piles were determined. Based on the current codes and practical experience, suitable methods were chosen to test the effect of ground treatment, and the results show that the selected scheme is suitable.
