某工程管樁斷裂、偏位事故分析及處理

摘 要

[摘要]預應力混凝土管樁因樁身混凝土強度高、樁身質量好、單樁豎向承載力高、造價低、施工快等優(yōu)點廣泛應用于軟土地基中。但管樁水平承載力較小,在施工及基坑開挖過程中,如技術措施不到位,很容易發(fā)生樁偏位及斷裂的事故。結合工程實例分析了管樁偏位、斷裂的原因,介紹了樁基補強、加固處理措施,提出了管樁偏位傾斜后的承載力取用標準。

Abstract:Because of its obvious advantages, such as high vertical bearing capacity, good quality, low cost and faster construction, prestressed concrete pipe piles have been widely applied in  soft soil ground. While the horizontal bearing capacity is smaller, the deflection and fracture of piles occurs frequently if the measures are not suitable. Based on a practical engineering example, the reason for deflection and fracture of piles was analyzed, the strengthening measures were presented, and finally the vertical bearing capacity of the deflected pile was put forward.
