［摘要］天津響螺灣C-02地塊項(xiàng)目主樓地上54層，結(jié)構(gòu)屋面高度約238m，結(jié)構(gòu)體系為鋼管混凝土框架鋼筋混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)，在避難層和屋面設(shè)置了結(jié)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)層。介紹了該項(xiàng)目的結(jié)構(gòu)布置、性能目標(biāo)、主要計(jì)算分析結(jié)果及抗震加強(qiáng)措施。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)滿足超限要求，保證了結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性，本工程的初步設(shè)計(jì)已通過超限審查。

Main-tower structural design of plot C-02 in Tianjin Xiangluowan

Abstract:The high-rise building on plot C-02 in Tianjin Xiangluowan is 238 meters high with 54 stories above\|ground. The building is supported by concrete-filled steel tube frame-RC core system. Strengthened stories with outriggers are set at refuge stories and roof story. The structural arrangement and earthquake resistance objectives, main results of calculation and analysis, measures to strengthen the structure under earthquake were introduced. The structural design of the tower has satisfied the requirements of the building beyond-code, which can ensure the safe and economic the structure. The preliminary design of the project has gone through the seismic examination.
