[摘要]海埂酒店大堂平面超長、大開洞,平面扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則,豎向錯層較多,地下室及層1使用功能復(fù)雜,分析計算及構(gòu)造做法有一定難度。結(jié)構(gòu)計算時采用SATWE,PMSAP,MIDAS三種軟件對計入雙向水平地震作用下的扭轉(zhuǎn)影響進(jìn)行分析計算和比較,并驗算了罕遇地震下的薄弱層彈塑性變形,所有計算指標(biāo)均能滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范的要求。采用了鋼筋混凝土、鋼骨混凝土、鋼三種不同材料的結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件與組合,節(jié)點構(gòu)造復(fù)雜,施工有一定難度。通過對結(jié)構(gòu)選型、參數(shù)取值、分析計算結(jié)果、細(xì)部大樣的整理和分析,論述了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中遇到的問題及采用的解決方法。

Structural design on the lobby of Haigeng Hotel

Abstract:The lobby of Haigeng Hotel has an over-long plane, large openings, irregular plane torsion and multiple vertical staggered floors. The basement and the first floor are of complex functions, which result in difficulties in analysis and structural methods. By using SATWE, PMSAP and MIDAS in structural calculation, analytical calculation and comparison were made according to the torsion effect considering bi-directional horizontal earthquake action, and the elastic-plastic distortion of weak layers under rare earthquake was also checked. All calculation indexes meet the requirements of current specifications. Structural members and combinations of three materials including reinforced concrete, skeleton reinforced concrete and steel are used in this structure, and the joints are complex, which bring certain difficulties in construction. By analyzing structural form selection, parameter selection, analysis and calculation results, details, the problems in the structural design of the lobby of Haigeng Hotel were discussed.
