[摘要]昆明江東和諧廣場B,D棟建筑總高度249.85m,下部為框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu),上部為鋼結(jié)構(gòu),屬超限高層建筑。針對結(jié)構(gòu)高度超限,采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計,并對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行彈塑性分析,在宏觀上把握結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位,有針對性地采取加強(qiáng)措施。計算結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)的工作狀態(tài)和性能均能達(dá)到設(shè)計的預(yù)期性能目標(biāo)和規(guī)范要求。

Dynamic elastic-plastic analysis on two super high-rise buildings of Jiangdong Hexie Square in Kunming

Abstract:Two super high-rise buildings(B&D) of Jiangdong Hexie Square are 249.85 meters height and beyond the code limits. The frame-core wall system is used in the lower part, and steel structure is used in the upper part. Dynamic elastic-plastic analysis was carried on by performance-based seismic design. The weak members could be distinguished on the whole and the strengthening measures were adopted. The results show that the structure can meet the design goals of seismic performance and code requirement.
