【提要】 針對(duì)馬鞍山鋼鐵公司開發(fā)的Q345級(jí)耐火鋼,進(jìn)行了三根耐火鋼梁在ISO—834規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)升溫曲線升溫作用下耐火極限的試驗(yàn)研究,測(cè)得了爐內(nèi)溫度、梁的溫度與撓度,并將試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與ANSYS有限元軟件模擬計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明,試驗(yàn)鋼梁的承載力極限狀態(tài)為截面彎矩達(dá)到截面塑性彎矩時(shí)的狀態(tài),梁的整體穩(wěn)定并未起控制作用。采用上?!督ㄖ摻Y(jié)構(gòu)防火技術(shù)規(guī)程》中的有關(guān)公式對(duì)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)算,證明了該規(guī)程中的公式同樣適用于耐火鋼。

Abstract:Three fireresistant steel beams are tested under standard fire curve.The temperature in the furnace and that of the beams and the deflection of the beams are measured.Experimental results are compared with the calculated results using ANSYS.The results show that the bearing limit state of the steel beam is that when the moment of cross section reaches the plastic moment,and the resistance to overturning is not the controling condition.The results are checked with a practical formula given in Shanghai Technical Code on Fire Safety of Steel Structures.
