[摘要]隨著超高層建筑的發(fā)展,鉆孔灌注超長(zhǎng)樁、長(zhǎng)樁在工程中得到越來(lái)越多的應(yīng)用。通過(guò)對(duì)北京、天津和上海的代表性超高層建筑(上海中心大廈、天津117大廈、北京的央視新臺(tái)址主塔樓)的樁基載荷試驗(yàn)資料的對(duì)比,對(duì)于超長(zhǎng)鉆孔灌注樁的荷載傳遞規(guī)律、荷載-沉降的性狀、側(cè)阻力變化特征以及后注漿工藝增強(qiáng)效果進(jìn)行了比較研究。

Compare analysis on loading test data of ultra\|long bored piles in Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai

Abstract:High-rise buildings have been built more and more in recent years in China. However, technical preparations in geotechnical and foundation engineering are not enough to face the challenge yet. Loading test data of representative skyscrapers of Beijing CCTV Tower, Tianjing 117 Tower and Shanghai Center are discussed and load transfer mechanism,load-settlement behavior,variation characteristics of shaft resistance and reinforcement effect of post grouting for cast-in-situ pile are analyzed. The testing data and analysis can help engineers to make correct engineering judgement on engineering behavior of ultra-long piled foundation.
