[摘要]青島萬邦中心1#樓高度為232.4m,采用鋼-混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu),整體體系為斜撐框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)。其中,地上層10一個角柱由倒Y形空間斜柱轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)承托,其受力復(fù)雜,節(jié)點區(qū)焊縫較多,為驗證其受力性能,采用兩個1∶5縮尺節(jié)點模型進(jìn)行試驗研究。結(jié)果表明轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)點的核心區(qū)未出現(xiàn)明顯破壞,主要轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件處于彈性狀態(tài)且應(yīng)力水平較低,主要破壞發(fā)生于鋼梁端部,說明鋼端是節(jié)點中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),且受力十分復(fù)雜,最終設(shè)計加大了梁截面。

Experimental research of spacial joint with the shape of inverted Y in Wanbang Center

Abstract:The building 1# of Wanbang Center at Qingdao city is 232.4 meters high, and it is steel-concrete mixing structure. The system is brace frame and core wall structure. A corner column is supported by two inclined columns at 10th floor, which looks like a shape of inverted Y. The joint contains many welding lines and mechanical characteristics are very complicated. The experimental test to verify the mechanical safety was conducted on scale 1∶5. It is found that the core area of joint is fully good and the main components are in elastic status. The main damage occurred at the end of steel beams. Based on the test results, the section of steel beams was enlarged in the design.
