［摘要］介紹了傳統(tǒng)CAD設(shè)計(jì)在信息交流上存在的問(wèn)題，介紹了建筑信息系統(tǒng)這一新的設(shè)計(jì)理念在信息流動(dòng)方面的特點(diǎn)，并結(jié)合北京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)研究所擬開(kāi)發(fā)的空間結(jié)構(gòu)建筑信息系統(tǒng)（SPBIM）所做的調(diào)研和程序前期規(guī)劃工作，探討了BIM在建筑領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用，提出空間結(jié)構(gòu)建筑信息模型系統(tǒng)SPBIM應(yīng)具有的特征：參數(shù)化、數(shù)據(jù)共享、信息的無(wú)縫對(duì)接和全周期管理等。最后提出SPBIM系統(tǒng)的框架及研究方向。

Abstract:Problems in the traditional exchange of information through the CAD design are described, and the designing characteristics of this new building information system are introduced when information flows. Combined with spatial structure of building information modeling (SPBIM),SPBIM system reasearch and pre-planning programming for application of BIM in the building area are discussed. The feature of SPBIM contains parametrization, data share, seamless connection of information and complete period manage. The structure and research direction of SPBIM are developed.
