[摘要]深圳灣體育中心鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋為超大跨度空間結(jié)構(gòu),由單層網(wǎng)殼、雙層曲面網(wǎng)架及豎向支撐系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成。單層網(wǎng)殼為復(fù)雜的空間曲面網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu),采用箱形彎扭構(gòu)件編織而成的四邊形網(wǎng)格構(gòu)成。豎向支撐系統(tǒng)包括支撐網(wǎng)殼的31根樹形柱、支撐網(wǎng)架的V形柱、觀景橋立柱和下沉廣場(chǎng)西立面幕墻柱。詳細(xì)介紹了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)體系及特點(diǎn),給出了結(jié)構(gòu)的基本靜力和動(dòng)力特性,并對(duì)溫度作用以及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中的一些關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行了深入分析。對(duì)在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中起控制作用的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定問題進(jìn)行了全面分析和研究。通過多點(diǎn)多維分析和大震下的動(dòng)力彈塑性分析,詳細(xì)研究了結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力特性及抗震性能。最后,對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則及關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)做了簡(jiǎn)要介紹。

Design of steel structure for Shenzhen Bay Sports Center

Abstract:As a super-long span spatial structure, the steel roof structure of Shenzhen Bay Sports Center is composed of single-layer latticed shell, double-layer space grid structures and vertical support system. The single-layer latticed shell is a complex spatial surface, which is meshed by quadrilateral grids with crooked-torsional box-section beams. Vertical support system includes 31 dentritic columns, V-shaped columns, columns of bridge and latticed columns of west curtain wall. The structural system of steel roof and its special features are introduced, and basic static and dynamic characteristics are presented. Besides, the temperature action and some key issues for structural design are deeply analyzed. The structural stability which controls the design of the structure is investigated in detail. Through dynamic elastic-plastic analysis for rare earthquake, the dynamic characteristics and seismic performance of the structure are fully understood. Finally, joint design criteria and details of key joints are briefly introduced.
