【提要】 介紹了沉管灌注樁基不均勻沉降導(dǎo)致某群樓嚴(yán)重傾斜的事故。對(duì)在深厚淤泥上新回填較厚土層的軟土地基而言,其詳勘應(yīng)按規(guī)范的有關(guān)要求進(jìn)行。選擇樁型時(shí)應(yīng)注意適用條件,盡可能不用沉管灌注樁。但無論樁型如何,單樁承載力和工程樁長均應(yīng)通過試樁確定,必要時(shí),尚應(yīng)驗(yàn)算樁基沉降變形。沉樁時(shí)應(yīng)以最后貫入度控制為主,以免因短樁導(dǎo)致的不均勻沉降過大而造成工程事故。

Appraisal and Treatment of a Inclination Accident of Vibro Pile Foun dation/Diao Xueyou(Building Safety Appraisal Institute in Zhuhai, Zhuhai 519015,China)
Abstract:For deep soft clay foundation filled up with deeper cohesive soil,its detailed investigation should meet the related requirement of code.The vibro pile should not be used in the soft clay.Whatever the pile type may be,the length and bearing capacity of single pile should be defined by static load test, and settlement of pile foundation should be checked when necessary.The pile driving should take final set as dominant control factor to avoid accident caused by short piles.
