【提要】 分析了寧波地區(qū)常用的各類工程樁產(chǎn)生病樁的原因，歸納了設(shè)計(jì)人員對(duì)各類病樁采取的相應(yīng)加固措施。總結(jié)出常用的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁、沉管灌注樁、鉆孔灌注樁等病樁通過(guò)管內(nèi)澆注混凝土、接樁、樁底注漿等實(shí)用可行的病樁治理方法。使病樁經(jīng)加固處理后能滿足樁原承載能力和完整性要求，達(dá)到正常的使用條件，節(jié)約建筑工程造價(jià)。

Abstract:The causes of problem pile  are analyzed through the research of  various founda
tion engineering in Ningbo area, and the relevant strengthening measures used by the designers are summarized.Practical solutions such as inpipe concrete pouring,joint pipe pile,pile tip grouting,etc,to solve the problems of the prestressed concrete pipe pile,diving casting castinplace pile,bored pile and other piles, are presented.As the result,the  piles can meet the demand of its originally designed bearing capacity and its normal work condition.The construction cost is accordingly saved.
