【提要】 深厚軟土地區(qū)的小高層建筑,采用剛?cè)釓?fù)合樁基的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益明顯。通過實(shí)例說明其設(shè)計(jì)方法和過程。綜合考慮荷載水平、地質(zhì)情況、基底土承載力、造價(jià)及擠土等因素,決定選用剛?cè)釓?fù)合樁基。在分析柔性樁加固區(qū)承載力的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了柔性樁長(zhǎng)度由樁端處軟土強(qiáng)度決定的設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。剛性樁長(zhǎng)度在選擇了合適持力層后由總沉降量控制?;趯?duì)比試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果,推薦采用密實(shí)性好的碎石、毛片石、砂混合墊層。

Abstract:Rigidsoft composite pile foundation can achieve great economical and social be
nefit when it is used in lowhighrise building in deepsoft soil area.A synthetic approach to design rigidsoft composite pile foundation is presented. Rigidsoft composite pile foundation is chosen according to some factors such as loading level, soil condition, ground bearing capacity, price and soil squeezing effect. The length of soft pile is decided by soft soil strength of soft pile tip in terms of analysis on bearing capacity of softpile. The length of rigid pile is determined by total settlement after specific bearing layer is chosen. Regarding comparison experiments on cushion materials and thicken, a better cushion consisted of mixed gravel, slabstone and sand is proposed in this project.
