【提要】 預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁的原位測(cè)試采用帶閉口樁尖的管樁,將其打到設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高,在管腔內(nèi)放置兩根通長(zhǎng)鋼筋,并在各土層層面部位將鋼筋應(yīng)力計(jì)與通長(zhǎng)鋼筋焊接或綁扎,然后澆注高強(qiáng)度混凝土,待混凝土達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度后進(jìn)行加載測(cè)試。方法施工方便、操作簡(jiǎn)單、應(yīng)力計(jì)成活率高,測(cè)讀數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定,計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)便。

Test and Calculating Method of Original Position of Prestressed Concrete Piping Pile/He Gejun, Zou Zongxuan (Wenzhou Architectural Design and Research Institute, Wenzhou 325000, China)
Abstract:The test method of original position of prestressed concrete piping pile is to strike a sealed pinnacle piping pileto the designed level,then put two common long steel into piping cavity,and weld or bind up steel stress meters and the common long steel at stratigraphic layer,finally pour highstrength concrete into it. Conduct load augmenting test after the concrete reached to designed strength. This method is convenient to carry out in construction and simple to perform. The stress meter has high survival rate. The measured data are stable and the calculation is concise and explicit.
