墻體的水化熱應(yīng)力分析與裂縫控制

【提要】  以一個工程為例,利用MASSIVE程序,對冬季施工墻體的溫度應(yīng)力及其影響因素作了數(shù)值分析。分析結(jié)果表明,粉煤灰含量的改變對
墻體表面應(yīng)力的作用不明顯;入模溫度對墻體溫度應(yīng)力影響較大;采用保溫效果好的木模板比采用鋼模板的墻體表面溫度應(yīng)力小得多,有利于早期裂縫的控制;適當(dāng)?shù)卦O(shè)置構(gòu)造鋼筋可以有效地防止墻體早期裂縫的出現(xiàn)。

Abstract:The temperature stress distributions of the shall wall are calculated in detail using the finite element program
MASSIVE,based on an actual project. In addition, the inner stress distributions in the shear wall, caused by the change of temperature, are calculated and analyzed. And then several main factors that have effects on hydration heat temperature stress are simulated and analyzed in detail. The result of analysis and calculation could be a reference for the design and construction of the resemble shear wall.
