錨固多層碳纖維布加固鋼筋混凝土梁的試驗研究

【提要】  為了進一步驗證采用波形齒夾具錨錨固碳纖維布可以完全避免碳纖維布端部的剝離破壞,分別對采用粘貼4,6,8,10層碳纖維布加
固的4根鋼筋混凝土梁進行了抗彎加載試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明,由于采用了波形齒夾具錨作為碳纖維布的端部錨固措施,盡管粘貼的碳纖維布層數(shù)較多,并且碳纖維布的粘貼質(zhì)量也較差,然而抗彎加固的碳纖維布都沒有出現(xiàn)端部的剝離失效問題,并且碳纖維布的強度也得到了較充分的發(fā)揮。

Abstract:To further demonstrate the conclusion that the debond failure of carbon fiber sheets (CFS) would be avoided by
anchored the end used Waveshapedgeargrip (WSGG) anchor, four RC beams were strengthened by 4,6,8,10 layers CFS respectively. Though the layer amount of CFS is large and the quality of pasting is poor, the test results still proved that conclusion. Moreover, the test results manifested that the high strength of CFS would be made fully use though anchored CFS by WSGG anchor.
