【提要】 對抗彎加固的碳纖維布,其一端采用波形齒夾具錨錨固,另一端采用碳纖維布U形箍錨固,進(jìn)行了4根抗彎加固梁的荷載試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明在碳纖維布加固量較小的情況下,碳纖維布U形箍的錨固效果對縱向碳纖維布的強(qiáng)度發(fā)揮是有效的;但在碳纖維布加固量較大的情況下,碳纖維布U形箍被剪斷,縱向碳纖維布的強(qiáng)度不能充分發(fā)揮。進(jìn)一步的分析表明,碳纖維布U形箍僅相當(dāng)于一種柔性的約束,而波形齒夾具錨的錨固相當(dāng)于一種較剛性的約束。對比試驗(yàn)結(jié)果充分表明,波形齒夾具錨的錨固效果優(yōu)于碳纖維布U形箍。

Comparative Experiment on Beams Strengthened with Carbon Fiber Sheets Anchored by Waveshapedgeargrip Anchorage and by Carbon Fiber Sheet Uferrule /Zhuo Jing1,2, Li Tangning1, Zhang Qingxue1,Zhou Mi1(1 Chongqing University, Chongqing 400045, China; 2 Chongqing Institue of Highway Research, Chongqing 400067, China)
Abstract: In the experiment, one end of Carbon Fiber Sheets (CFS) is anchored by Uferrule and the other is anchored by WSGG anchor. The test results indicate that the strengthening effect of the Uferrule is effective when a smaller amount of CFS is used.However, all the Uferrules in 3 RC beams are sheared to failure when a large amount of CFS is used, and the high strength of CFS fails to make full use of its strength. Further analysis on the distribution and developing of strain during the loading shows that the WSGG anchor is equivalently a rigid boundary and the Uferrule is equivalently an elastic boundary. The Uferrule fails to supply enough anchorage force and is prone to be sheared because it's transverse shearingstrength is low. The comparison demonstrates that WSGG anchor is superior than Uferrule.
