【提要】 進(jìn)行了植筋錨固試件的單向拉拔試驗(yàn),通過測量在不同荷載等級下的鋼筋滑移、鋼筋應(yīng)變分布并通過觀察試件受力破壞過程,歸納植筋錨固的破壞模式,探討粘結(jié)錨固的機(jī)理,尋找粘結(jié)應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律,研究粘結(jié)滑移本構(gòu)關(guān)系。建議在正常使用極限狀態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)中,植筋錨固拉力位移曲線可采用四階段模式,給出了粘結(jié)滑移本構(gòu)關(guān)系的基本形式,可用于植筋錨固的有限元非線性分析。

Abstract:The experiment of adhesive steel bars in concrete under tensile load is finished. Through observing the experiment process and measuring the displacement and strain of steel bars, the behavior of adhesive steel bar in concrete is analyzed. Some important problems such as the failure process, the failure model, the bond mechanism, the istribution of shear stress in adhesive steel bar are all discussed. It is suggested that adhesive steel bar should also be designed according to displacement. The failure process of the steel bar under tensile load is suggested as 4 phases. The basic formula of stressdisplacement relationship for adhesive steel bar is presented, which could be used in nonlinear finite element analysis.
