【提要】 對用高性能復(fù)合砂漿鋼筋網(wǎng)薄層加固的混凝土構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了界面剪切試驗(yàn)研究,試驗(yàn)包括16個(gè)應(yīng)用了銷釘?shù)脑嚰?個(gè)沒有應(yīng)用銷釘?shù)?/font>對比試件。探討了在植有銷釘?shù)那闆r下,銷釘與復(fù)合砂漿加固層協(xié)同抵抗粘結(jié)抗剪破壞的受力機(jī)制及銷釘數(shù)量、直徑、基本錨固深度、間距對抗剪能力的影響。試驗(yàn)表明,銷釘大幅提高界面粘結(jié)的抗剪能力及延性。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,提出了植有銷釘?shù)臉?gòu)件界面粘結(jié)抗剪能力計(jì)算方法。

Study of the Pins in Reinforced Concrete Beam Strengthened with Ferrocement/Shang Shouping, Long Lingxiao, Zeng Linghong(Civil Engineering College of Hunan University, Changsha 410082, China)
Abstract:Based on the experiments of 4 RC specimens strengthened with pins and 4 specimens without pins, the felted capability of the ferrocement with wire meshes is analyzed. The influences of the pins′ amount, diameter, depth and distance on the felted capability of ferrocement are discussed. The test results show that the pins improve the capacity of mucosity and ductility. A calculation method for the mucosity capacity of the block is presented.
