【提要】 針對某高層住宅小區(qū)中地裂縫的走勢和特點,對位于上盤的高層公寓樓采用DX擠擴(kuò)支盤樁,以解決其樁長受限的問題。對位于下盤的高層綜合樓采用長樁,以滿足避讓距離的要求。對位于微變形區(qū)的地下車庫和位于主變形區(qū)的汽車坡道則依照“按區(qū)分段,按區(qū)加強(qiáng)”的原則設(shè)計。相關(guān)的設(shè)計思路和方法可供同類條件下高層建筑地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計參考。

Pile Foundation Design of a Highrise Building in Fissure Ground/Ren Tongrui,Shen Licao,Shan Guilin,Xu Borong(China Northwest Building Design Research Institute,Xi'an 710003,China)
Abstract:According to the characteristics and distribution of earth fissure in a highrise residential building district,the DX extrudingexpanding multibracedisk pile is used in the highrise apartment in the upper plate of the earth fissure,so the problem that the usage of long pile is not permissible.For the highrise general building in the lower plate of the earth fissure,the long pile is used to satisfy the dodge distance.The principle of “dividing building according to zone and strengthening building according to zone” is adopted for the design of underground garage in the tiny deformation area and car road in the main deformation area.The design method can be referred for engineerings with similar ground.
