【提要】 根據(jù)板件屈曲微分方程的Levy解,建立了受壓箱形截面及槽形截面的彈性相關(guān)屈曲理論,給出了相鄰板件約束系數(shù)的計算式。在現(xiàn)行歐洲鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范Eurocode 9關(guān)于加勁板件及非加勁板件有效截面計算的基礎(chǔ)上,通過引入約束系數(shù)考慮了相臨板件間約束作用對截面承載力的影響,從而進一步完善了鋁合金受壓板件的局部穩(wěn)定設(shè)計理論。應(yīng)用非線性有限元軟件計算了均勻受壓箱形截面及槽形截面鋁合金短柱的極限承載力,并與建議方法作了比較。分析表明,受壓板件發(fā)生局部屈曲時確實存在板組效應(yīng),且采用文中提出的計算方法得出的結(jié)果在大多數(shù)情況下是偏于安全的。

Effective Section Calculation Approach of Aluminium Plate Element Considering Interactive Local Buckling Under Axial Load/Wu Yage, Zhang Qilin(College of Civil Engineering, Tongji University,Shanghai 00092,China)
Abstract:Elastic interactive local buckling theories of box section and channel section are established according to classical Levy solution to differential equation of plate stability.Formulations calculating restraining coefficient are derived.Based on the effective thickness method adopted by update Eurocode 9 treating stiffened element and unstiffened element,the restraining coefficient is then introduced to account for the restraining action exerted by adjacent plate element and its effect on the bearing capacity of cross section.Finally,nonlinear finite element analysis is employed to predict the ultimate strengths of box section and channel section under uniform compression,and the results are compared with the approximate approach developed.It is found that the plateassembly effect does exist when local buckling takes place, and the results given by the approach are inclined to be safe in most cases.
