【提要】 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)房屋中的梁柱剛性連接節(jié)點有全焊接剛性連接節(jié)點和栓焊剛性連接節(jié)點兩種,地震區(qū)的剛性連接節(jié)點設計要滿足多遇地震下彈性狀態(tài)的承載力要求和罕遇地震下彈塑性狀態(tài)的承載力和變形要求。大震下剛性連接節(jié)點的脆性破壞除了質(zhì)量缺陷外,還有焊接工藝、焊接方法、節(jié)點形式和焊接材料等方面的原因。設計應選取合適的節(jié)點類型,嚴格控制不同部位的焊縫質(zhì)量等級以保證焊接連接的質(zhì)量。

Design of Rigidity Connection Joints of Beam to Column in Steel Frame Structure/Jiang Xueshi(China Architecture Design & Research Group,Beijing 100044,China)
Abstract:There are two kinds of rigidity connection joints in steel frame structure:the all welded joints and the welded and bolted joints.The carrying capacity demands in elastic state under minor earthquakes and the carrying capacity and deformati on demands in elasticplastic state under major earthquakes must be satisfied in the joints design in earthquake area.The brittle breaking of the rigidity joints under major earthquakes is the results of quality defect,welding technology,welding method,joint fashion and welding materials.The proper joints style should be selected and the connection quality of welding should be guaranteed by controlling the welding quality grade.
