深基坑施工對(duì)鄰近橋墩變形的影響

摘要: 依托南京某深基坑工程,采用有限元軟件 MIDAS GTS 研究深基坑施工對(duì)鄰近橋墩變形的影響,通過(guò)對(duì)比現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果與數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了數(shù)值模型的可靠性。 利用已驗(yàn)證的模型,通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬,分析了各個(gè)施工階段下圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)及橋墩的變形規(guī)律,探討了深基坑與既有橋墩距離對(duì)橋墩變形的影響。 結(jié)果表明:圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的水平變形形態(tài)與基坑開(kāi)挖深度及支撐結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān),水平變形沿深度方向呈現(xiàn)先增大后減小的規(guī)律,最大水平變形量為15. 8mm,未超過(guò)控制值±30mm,基坑圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定;橋墩承臺(tái)沉降量最大值為 1. 5mm,橋墩傾斜率為 1. 08‰,未超過(guò)控制值±2‰,結(jié)構(gòu)安全穩(wěn)定;基坑周邊土體注漿加固及增大橋墩與基坑距離可有效減小橋墩的變形,橋墩變形與橋墩距基坑距離反相關(guān)。

Influence of deep foundation pit construction on deformation of adjacent bridge pier

Abstract: Based on a deep foundation pit project in Nanjing, the finite element software MIDAS GTS was used to study theinfluence of deep foundation pit construction on deformation of adjacent bridge pier. The reliability of the numerical modelwas verified by comparing the field monitoring data with the numerical simulation results. Using the verified model, thedeformation law of the retaining structure and bridge pier in each construction stage was analysed by numerical simulation,and the influence of the distance between the deep foundation pit and the existing bridge pier on the deformation of thebridge pier was discussed. The results show that the horizontal deformation form of the retaining structure is related to theexcavation depth of the foundation pit and the supporting structure, and horizontal deformation increases first and thendecreases along the depth direction. The maximum horizontal deformation is 15. 8mm, which does not exceed control valueof ±30mm. The pit retaining structure of the foundation keeps overall stability. the maximum settlement of pier cap is 1. 5mm, and the inclination rate of the bridge pier is 1. 08 ‰, which does not exceed control value of ±2‰. The structure issafe and stable. Grouting reinforcement of soil around the foundation pit and increasing the distance between the bridge pierand the foundation pit can effectively reduce the deformation of the bridge pier, and the deformation of the bridge pier isinversely correlated with the distance between the bridge pier and the foundation pit.
