摘要: 針對多高層混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)僅下部框架柱局部混凝土強度明顯低于設(shè)計要求,需要進行加固處理的情況,提出可利用局部分拆混凝土柱且用鋼管混凝土柱支頂方法進行置換加固。 對幾種典型加固方案優(yōu)缺點進行了分析對比,所提出的加固方法可避免上部質(zhì)量合格的結(jié)構(gòu)被連帶拆除重建,同時具有降低加固成本、縮短工期以及對原結(jié)構(gòu)影響較小等優(yōu)勢。 結(jié)合某加固工程實例,詳細介紹了此加固方法施工流程,即按順序分部鑿除缺陷混凝土,并用鋼管混凝土柱內(nèi)置在鑿除處進行支頂;施工過程中內(nèi)力分析計算結(jié)果證明了該加固方法可以滿足上部軸力傳遞要求。 最后采用 ABAQUS 軟件對施工過程進行了模擬分析,結(jié)果表明,混凝土與鋼管應(yīng)力均小于其設(shè)計值,加固后結(jié)構(gòu)是安全的。

Research on replacement and reinforcement technology of partial removal and support top of concrete column

Abstract:In view of the situation that the local concrete strength of the lower frame column of the multi-high-rise concretestructure is obviously lower than that of the design requirements and needs to be strengthened, it is put forward that themethod of partial removal of the concrete column and the top structure supported by the concrete filled steel tube column canbe used for replacement and reinforcement. The advantages and disadvantages of several typical reinforcement schemes wereanalyzed and compared, the proposed reinforcement method can avoid the continuous demolition and reconstruction of thesuperstructure with qualified quality, at the same time, it has the advantages of reducing the reinforcement cost, shorteningthe construction period, and having less impact on the original structure. Combined with an example of a reinforcementproject, the construction process of the reinforcement method was introduced in detail, that is, defective concrete waschiseled in sequence, and the concrete filled steel tube column was built into the chiseling place to support the topstructure. The internal force analysis and calculation of the construction process proves that the reinforcement method canmeet the requirements of upper axial force transfer. Finally, ABAQUS software was used to simulate and analyze theconstruction process, and the results show that the stress of concrete and steel pipes are less than their design value, thestructure is safe after reinforcement.
