摘要: 為研究軸壓作用下方鋼管-鋼骨混凝土短柱的力學(xué)性能,基于相關(guān)規(guī)范和經(jīng)典理論,對(duì) 29 組不同參數(shù)的鋼管-鋼骨混凝土短柱軸心受壓試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,研究最為適用于軸心受壓鋼管-鋼骨混凝土短柱的軸壓承載力計(jì)算公式。 在此基礎(chǔ)上采用有限元軟件 ABAQUS 建立鋼管-鋼骨混凝土軸壓短柱模型,對(duì) 12 組已有試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,從而補(bǔ)充 9 組較大截面尺寸的方鋼管-鋼骨混凝土短柱軸壓計(jì)算結(jié)果,并與理論計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。 最后對(duì)《組合結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(JGJ 138—2016)中基于疊加原理的方鋼管-鋼骨混凝土短柱軸壓承載力計(jì)算公式進(jìn)行了修正,用有限元數(shù)據(jù)和試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,修正后的理論計(jì)算結(jié)果與模擬值和試驗(yàn)值吻合良好,為其在實(shí)際工程中的設(shè)計(jì)提供可靠參考。

Study on axial bearing capacity formulas of square steel tube filled with steel-reinforced concrete short columns

Abstract:To study the behaviors of square steel tube filled with steel-reinforced columns under axial compression, 29groups of experimental data of such type of short columns under axial compression with different parameters were comparedand analyzed based on relevant codes and classical theories, researching the most suitable axial-bearing capacity formula forsteel tube filled with steel-reinforced columns under axial compression. Models of steel tube filled with steel-reinforcedcolumns under axial compression were established by using finite element software ABAQUS, 12 groups of existingexperimental data were verified, to provide the calculation results of 9 groups of square steel tube filled with steel-reinforcedcolumns with larger sizes, which were compared with theoretical results. Finally, the formula based on Code for design ofcomposite structures ( JGJ 138—2016) for calculating the axial bearing capacity of square steel tube filled with steelreinforced short columns were modified, which was verified by finite element and experimental data. The results of themodified theoretical calculation are in good agreement with the simulated and experimental results, which provide reliablereferences for its design in practical engineering.
