摘要: 針對(duì)輸電塔加固的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,提出了一種新型角鋼 T 形組合截面原位加固方案。 設(shè)計(jì)了 9 個(gè)壓彎構(gòu)件,試驗(yàn)研究了長細(xì)比、夾具數(shù)量、螺栓排數(shù)等參數(shù)對(duì)角鋼 T 形組合截面構(gòu)件破壞模式和承載性能等的影響規(guī)律。 結(jié)果表明:加固后構(gòu)件極限承載力提高 57% ~ 82%;長細(xì)比與極限承載力之間呈明顯的負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系;夾具位置靠近構(gòu)件中部加固效果較好;雙排螺栓加固效果優(yōu)于單排螺栓;采用《架空輸電線路桿塔結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)規(guī)定》 (DL/ T 5154—2012)預(yù)測的構(gòu)件承載力較試驗(yàn)結(jié)果保守,為此給出了一種適用于預(yù)測組合截面構(gòu)件極限承載力的計(jì)算方法。

Experimental study on mechanical behavior of angle steel T-shaped composite area press-bending members

Abstract: According to the actual needs of transmission tower reinforcement, a new in-situ reinforcement scheme of anglesteel T-shaped composite area was proposed. Nine press-bending members were designed, and the effects of slenderness,the number of fixtures, the number of bolt rows and other parameters on the failure mode and bearing performance of anglesteel T-shaped composite area members were studied by test. The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of thereinforced member is increases by 57% ~ 82%; there is an obvious negative correlation between the slenderness and theultimate bearing capacity; the reinforcement effect is better when the fixture is located near the middle of the member; thereinforcement effect of double-row bolts is better than that of single-row bolts; the predicted bearing capacity of the memberusing the Technical code for the design of tower and pole structures of overhead transmission line (DL/ T 5154—2012) isconservative compared with the test results, and a calculation method is given for predicting the ultimate bearing capacity ofthe combined area member.
