摘要: 塔樓主體結構高度為 184. 85m,采用框架-核心筒結構體系,屬于超 B 級高度的超限高層建筑,采用基于性能的抗震設計方法進行設計,抗震性能目標取 C 級。 采用 YJK 和 ETABS 軟件對結構進行整體分析, 同時采用PERORM-3D 對結構進行動力彈塑性分析,計算結果表明結構能滿足中震和大震下的抗震要求,結構體系設計合理,具有良好的抗震性能,并對薄弱構件制定相應的加強措施能達到預期的抗震性能目標。 運用 SAP2000 軟件對角部懸挑樓板區(qū)域進行樓板舒適度分析,舒適度滿足要求。 基于行標高規(guī) JGJ 3—2010 和廣東省高規(guī) DBJ/ T 15-92—2021 進行結構布置及配筋計算,結果表明采用廣東省高規(guī)設計的結構,在罕遇地震下能滿足大震下達到 C 級抗震性能目標,結構經濟可行且是安全的。

Performance-based seismic design of an out-of-code high-rise tower

Abstract: A tower adopts a frame-core structure system, with a major structure height of 184. 85m, which belongs to anout-of-code high-rise building with a over B-level height. The structure was designed using a performance-based seismicdesign approach with a target seismic performance as level C. YJK and ETABS were used to analyze the overall structure,and PERORM-3D was used to carry out the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis. The calculation results show that the structurecan meet the seismic requirements of moderate and rare earthquakes, the structural system design is reasonable, and hasgood seismic performance. In order to achieve the expected seismic performance target, corresponding strengtheningmeasures were made for the weak members. SAP2000 was used to analyze the comfort level of floor slab in the cornercantilevered floor area, and the comfort meets requirements. Based on the industry standard JGJ 3—2010 and GuangdongProvince standard DBJ / T 15-92—2021, the structural layout and reinforcement calculation were carried out, the resultsshow that the structure designed by the Guangdong Province standard DBJ/ T 15-92—2021 can meet the seismicperformance target of level C under rare earthquakes, and the structure is economical, feasible and safe.
