華邦國際中心結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

摘要: 華邦國際中心是由兩棟均為鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)的塔樓組成,A、B 塔分別在 128. 9m 和 133. 7m 標高處設(shè)置了跨度 46m 的空中連廊,空中連廊與塔樓之間采用剛性連接。 連體主結(jié)構(gòu)為兩道采用帶端部斜撐的大型鋼箱梁,連體南北方向有最大約 10m 的懸挑,懸挑通過連接于鋼箱梁上的鋼桁架實現(xiàn)。 對整體結(jié)構(gòu)的小震彈性、大震彈塑性、基于性能設(shè)計的中大震等效彈性進行了分析;同時對連體結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特點、連體鄰跨結(jié)構(gòu)布置對比、舒適度、施工模擬、抗連續(xù)倒塌等進行了分析。 結(jié)果表明:在適當加強措施下,結(jié)構(gòu)能滿足預期抗震性能目標要求,各項指標滿足規(guī)范要求,結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠并具有足夠的舒適度。

Structural design of Huabang International Center

Abstract: Huabang International Center is composed of two towers with reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure. Atthe elevations of 128. 9 m and 133. 7 m, A and B towers are provided with an air corridor with a span of 46m, and the rigidconnection between the air corridor and the tower is adopted. The main structure of the conjoined structure is two large steelbox girders with diagonal braces at the ends. There is a maximum of 10m cantilever in the north-south direction of theconjoined structure. The cantilever is realized by the steel truss connected to the steel box girder. The small earthquakeelasticity, large earthquake elastic-plastic and medium and large earthquake equivalent elastic based on performance designof the whole structure were analyzed. At the same time, the mechanical characteristics, comparison of the arrangement ofadjacent span structure, comfort, construction simulation, anti-continuous collapse of the connected structure wereanalyzed. The results show that the structure can meet the requirements of antiseismic performance, and all indicationsmeet the specification requirements. The structure is safe and reliable, and has enough comfort.
