摘要: 廣州科學城中心項目 1#塔樓主體結構高 120. 500m,采用框架-剪力墻結構體系,屬于 B 級高度超限超高層建筑。 為了研究其抗震性能,采用基于性能的抗震設計方法進行設計,抗震性能目標取 C 級。 針對項目同時存在角部重疊與體型收進不規(guī)則情況,同時采用 YJK 和 ETABS 兩種軟件進行結構整體分析,并采用 SAUSAGE 軟件進行動力彈塑性分析,計算結果表明結構在罕遇地震下處于延性階段,結構抗震性能滿足規(guī)范要求。

Performance-based seismic design of 1# tower of Guangzhou Science City Center

Abstract: The 1# tower of Guangzhou Science City Center project is a frame-shear wall building with a height of120. 500m, and it belongs to the out-of-code super high-rise building that exceeds the design limit of B-level buildingheight. In order to study its seismic performance, the performance-based seismic design method was used for design, andthe seismic performance target was C grade. In view of the existence of overlapping corners and irregular facade setback inthe project at the same time, YJK and ETABS software were adopted for the overall analysis of the structure, andSAUSAGE software was used for dynamic elastic-plastic analysis. The calculation results show that the structure is in theductility stage under rare earthquakes. The seismic performance of the structure meets the specification requirements.
