現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采用洛氏硬度法判別 Q235 和 Q345鋼材種類試驗(yàn)研究

摘要: 隨著無(wú)損檢測(cè)技術(shù)迅速發(fā)展,采用硬度法現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)鋼材強(qiáng)度越來(lái)越廣泛,其中洛氏硬度法受到了廣泛重視,該方法彌補(bǔ)了里氏硬度法不適用于較薄厚度桿件檢測(cè)的不足。通過(guò)大量洛氏硬度和鋼材拉伸強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn),對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果表明,難以用一種模型在洛氏硬度和鋼材屈服、抗拉強(qiáng)度之間建立可靠的函數(shù)關(guān)系;Q235 和 Q345 鋼材的里氏硬度和洛氏硬度存在一定的函數(shù)關(guān)系,可用洛氏硬度法替代里氏硬度法進(jìn)行鋼材檢測(cè)。通過(guò)隨機(jī)抽樣分析,確定了采用洛氏硬度法現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)的抽樣數(shù)量,提出了一種采用洛氏硬度法區(qū)別鋼材種類的評(píng)定方法,并給出了洛氏硬度評(píng)判 Q235 和 Q345 鋼材的限值,研究成果可為洛氏硬度法在既有鋼結(jié)構(gòu)檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用推廣提供可靠支撐,可納入工程結(jié)構(gòu)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)檢測(cè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Abstract:With the rapid development of non-destructive testing technology,the use of hardness method to detect thestrength of steel in the field is more and more widespread,and Rockwell hardness method has been widely paid attention to.This method makes up for the deficiency that the Richter hardness method is not suitable for the detection of thin bars.Through a large number of Rockwell hardness and steel tensile strength tests,the test results were statistically analyzed.The results show that it is difficult to establish a reliable functional relationship between Rockwell hardness and yieldstrength and tensile strength of steel with one model. There is a certain functional relationship between the Richter hardnessand Rockwell hardness of Q235 and Q345 steels. Rockwell hardness method can be used to replace the Richter hardnessmethod for steel testing. Through random sampling analysis,the sampling quantity of on-site inspection by Rockwellhardness method was determined,an evaluation method for distinguishing steel types by Rockwell hardness method wasproposed,and the limit value of Rockwell hardness for judging Q235 and Q345 steels was given. The research results canprovide reliable support for the application and promotion of Rockwell hardness method in the field of existing steel structureinspection,and can be included in the relevant inspection technical standards in the field of engineering structure.
