摘要: 安陽(yáng)文體中心體育館是承辦地區(qū)性綜合比賽及全國(guó)單項(xiàng)比賽的 6 000 座大型乙級(jí)體育館。 建筑主體下部采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋采用雙向桁架結(jié)構(gòu),基礎(chǔ)形式為樁承臺(tái),樁型為后注漿鉆孔灌注樁,嵌固端設(shè)置在基礎(chǔ)頂。 鋼屋蓋跨度較大,采用梁支撐有效減小梁跨度,并為桁架提供側(cè)向穩(wěn)定支撐,提高整體受力性能;采用倒三角桁架的加強(qiáng)撐平衡腹桿面外力、保證腹桿穩(wěn)定。 對(duì)整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析、鋼屋蓋計(jì)算分析、施工仿真與實(shí)施分析。 分析結(jié)果表明:整體結(jié)構(gòu)受力合理、傳力路徑清晰、節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造可靠,施工過程中不同階段的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力、變形同結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)分析存在較大差異,設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)重視大跨屋蓋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的施工仿真。

Structural design and construction simulation on steel roof of Anyang Cultural and Sports Center Stadium

Abstract: Anyang Cultural and Sports Center Stadium is a 6 000 seats Class B gymnasium designed for regionalcomprehensive competitions and national individual competitions. The gymnasium is a reinforced concrete frame structure,the steel roof adopts bidirectional truss steel structure, the foundation form is pile cap, the pile type is post-grouting boredpile, and the fixed end is set on the top of the foundation. The span of the steel roof is large, beam support is used toeffectively reduce the span of the beam, it also provides lateral stable support for the truss to improve the overall mechanicalperformance. Inverted triangular reinforce support is used to balance the external force on the belly rod surface and ensurethe stability of the belly rod. Overall structural calculation analysis, steel roof calculation analysis, construction simulationand implementation analysis were carried out. The analysis results show that the overall structure has reasonable force,clear force transmission path and reliable joint structure,the internal force and deformation of the structure at different stagesin the construction process are quite different from the structural design and analysis,the design should pay attention to theconstruction simulation of steel structure with large-span roof.
