摘要: 對既有建筑需要根據(jù)建筑物現(xiàn)狀及后續(xù)運營情況重新確定后續(xù)目標使用年限作為時間的考量,這個目標使用年限是不確定的;同時現(xiàn)行設計規(guī)范與過往年代設計規(guī)范的可靠度水平也有很大變化。因此,考慮不同的目標使用年限,并采用統(tǒng)一的可靠度水平,對既有建筑的荷載作用、抗力及目標可靠指標給予時間因素影響的修正,才能對既有建筑給出更合理的鑒定結(jié)果。從研究各年代結(jié)構(gòu)設計規(guī)范中荷載、抗力的變化入手,考慮既有建筑不同后續(xù)目標使用年限的需求,分析時間因素對荷載、抗力等相關參數(shù)的影響,探討一種基于相同可靠度水平的、不同目標使用年限的既有建筑承載力鑒定標準。

Research on appraisal standard of bearing capacity of existing building

Abstract: For the existing buildings,the service life of the subsequent target should be redetermined according to thecurrent situation of the building and the subsequent operation. The service life of the target is uncertain. At the same time,the reliability level of the current design code and the design code of the past has changed greatly. Therefore,only byconsidering different target service life and adopting a unified reliability level,the existing building ’ s load action,resistance and target reliability index can be modified with the influence of time factors,so as to give a more reasonableappraisal result for the existing building. Starting from the study of the changes of load and resistance in the structuraldesign codes of different ages,considering the needs of different subsequent target service life of existing buildings,theinfluence of time factors on relevant parameters such as load and resistance was analyzed,and a bearing capacity appraisalstandard was discussed based on the same reliability level and different target service lives of existing buildings.
